Finally, if you don’t want to wait for my screencasts to fully download, you can watch them streamed!
I tried out Viddler, Vimeo, Viddyou, and YouTube - all good services. Viddler has treated me the best, so far, so I’m starting to upload my screencasts to Viddler and start embedding them in my blog posts.
Ofcourse, you’ll still be able to download the full screencasts in the formats that I currently support:
Let me know (in the comments) how you like the streaming Viddler videos. I’ve actually found that the videos looks better if you click the 
full screen button (atleast on my tiny 1280x800 laptop screen).
